Put simply you can't the only record you can access is your phone logs

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Your bill will show you all outgoing calls and texts but not any incoming.

As @Enlli has said, the record of calls that you have received should be on your handset.
