I am trying to talk to O2 on the phone. For the last 8 days i called every day, more than once, some times 3 times, waiting time is always longer than 30min, and yet no one answers the phone, it does not matter which option I choose. Is there a way to contact the complaints department and get some one on the phone, or is there an email address to contact them? This is the worst customer service I ever encountered, basically non existant!

Once you contact complaints there is about an 8 week wait during which time no one in customer service will be able to help

One is CFR, the other CRS.
