Hello. I want to ask why my bill already done? When I bought the new phone it's was shows that my  bill will be from the moment when  i will recieve the phone,but, i didn't recieve it yet but again the bill already done confused

You pay a month in advance and payment is 14 days after the bill

O2 will credit you for the days before you receive the phone

If You need to call customer service
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Choose the fraud option if necessary
