My partner had just got an iPhone 5, and his old number has transferred over today. He can not access his 'O2' app now. It gives code 36?!?!ive read on here do a soft reset?! What is this? Can anyone help? Thanks in advance xx

Resolved! My O2 App gives Error code 36 (unlinked MSISDN)

I am just wondering why? I guess this has something to do with me getting my old mobile number moved to my new contract phone. Can anyone clarify if that is the cause? If not what is? and regardless - how to fix it?
