I just started a tariff on o2 and i wanted to know if each month it will instantly take the money from the card or if i have to top up £10 first? I dont want it to take money every month because i dont have spare most of the time

The offer of 13GB extra free data has not been fulfillled.The offer stated- renew your £10 Data Big Bundle by 28th December 2022 and we'll add an extra 13 GB.Just done that, no 13 GB. Whats happening 02?

Resolved! My o2 app

I forgot my password for the My o2 app so I went ahead and changed it but when I try and sign in on the app it keeps saying that the password is wrong, I know it's not wrong because I can sign in to my account on the o2 website.
