Resolved! My Orders in My O2 issues

My Orders in My O2 not worked since last year.I keep getting the below error message and have spoken to customer service about it a few times but still not sorted. Has this happened to anyone else?

Resolved! I am trying to cancel my contract

I am trying to cancel my contract and have been on hold for 30mins which is rediculous surly an email would be enough. Can someone help please.

Hii got a text from O2 saying that I have finished my data. however on my O2 it says I still have 3698 MB remaining. can you please clarify?
