Newly joined but cannot login to account

Received a txt stating that I requested 2GB Volt double data boost. I can recall requesting it as I don’t need it

I cannot access my account

I upgraded form sim only to an ipad so no longer have the number on my account therefore I cannot log onto my account to pay my bill as it wants to text me a code to a number that no longer exists
