Resolved! Where have my phone details gone on My02

HiLogged into my 02 account on my desktop today, only an old account showing (I have 3 current contracts which normally show on there, pay monthly).My 02 app shows the same.What is happening!!! Does anyone from 02 know the cause of this?Many thanks

Complaint

I renewed my contract but wanted to keep my original number simple!! That was in December , but was issued a new SIM card with a different number . I eventually got my original number back working last week after much phoning and chatting online hour...
