can't receive text code for log in

My phone has died as a result of dropping it. I can't receive the text code as part of MyO2 login process. Any ideas?Terry

Why can’t access myo2 after so many months

After so many months I still do not have access to myo2 app and in the web app , no product is listed thought direct debit is executed every months for the last year.i need to change the bank for a new DD please advise asap
