Are you in a Big Bundle, @becca2006? It should happen automatically.
If on a PAYG Rolling Plan, just remove your credit card details, your PAYG will drop to a Big Bundle. Once your balance has depleted to less than your bundle value, reapply the credit card details to reactivate your RollingPlan, @becca2006
