How do I turn off automatic top ups?

To stop your auto Top-Up and delete your details go to www.o2.co.uk/myo2. Then go to auto Top-Up and delete/cancel your auto Top-Up and details.

An option is through your My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Or by calling 4445 aand ask them to do it
