I have lost my sim card, I only have access to my email but I need to log onto my O2 to see when I am due an upgrade, as my phone is broken. I also have my account number from my bills. Can you help me gain access to my account?

Firstly you need to report the loss to get a replacement sim card Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it 

If you need access before that arrives you'll have to speak to customer service Guide: How to find help & contact O2 

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
