Ive reset my password by getting access denied when trying to log in

If you had used the search function on this forum, you would have seen this has been happening to all customers since yesterday lunchtime, and o2 are aware and fixing the issue, when it will be fixed no one on this customer to customer community can tell you.. 

 

You will just need to keep trying..
