I keep seeing this, and through some links from a customer service sent to me while I was on the call I could reset and see my mobile account associated, but upon logging in I no longer see it (as it it was a duplicated account?)

O2 have messed up a system update which is effecting thousands of customers.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
