Wrong device and imei number in o2 app

I have 2 iPhone 12’s on my account but it shows my old iPhone 6 & 7 and the wrong Imei numbers I have asked for help several times on live chat, phoned support, and been in to the store. And still can’t get this issue resolved. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue ?

Hi @Willnetwork 

I know it's annoying but really isn't a problem. You can change the phone make yourself by going into My O2 and if you have a pencil icon next to the phone displayed then you can change it.

You can't alter the IMEI though.

However, I'll see if one of our account advisors can help you to sort it out.

@O2Lisa @O2Daniel  can you help @Willnetwork  at all?

I dont think you can anymore, as none of my accounts show the IMEI anywhere in the App or the web version
