Unfortunately that is not possible @Jack17.
If you want the contract in your name you will need to take out your own contract, including passing the credit and affordability checks, and then contact o2 to ask them to move the number over - which you will need to do with your mum as they will need her permission to do so.
One thing to point out is that moving the number will close the contract in your mum's name, so do this once you have reached the minimum period to avoid having to pay the full amount.
