I ordered a new phone last night on my old phone coz the charging port had broken and it was about to die. They said delivery today but i'm worried i may have missed it as I had to nip out briefly early this morn. Didn't think it would be out for delivery that quick and had a slight issue to deal with. I checked my O2 account on the laptop when i got back and it's saying out for delivery at 7.45 and that I should receive an email. I can't check my emails now tho as my phone has broken completely and my laptop doesn't have my email password saved for some annoying reason! Would they have put a note through if they came when I wasn't in?

Yes, the courier would have left a card if they had tried to deliver.

@Shivvers It won't help you with your problem today, but you should think about installing a password manager on your laptop if you can't remember your passwords. If you Google it you'll be able to find free versions of many of them.
