Been with o2 for years but last 4 months WiFi has been **** contacted o2 said they would give me a callback twice still waiting had to buy another phone with EE sim need WiFi for work worst service ever can’t wait to leave o2 don’t seem to bothered still take your money each month.

WIFI would be down to your broadband provider, not O2, unless you mean mobile data?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
