Wi-Fi Calling

I have an iPhone 7, on the £20 Big Data Bundle. I only recently was made aware of Wi-Fi calling, as my signal hasnt been great in the building where I live.

When entering Settings>Phone, there is no option to add Wi-Fi calling whatsoever. I have updated to the latest software version of 13.5.1.

Upon further investigation in the 'My o2' app, my device is registered as an iPhone 5s (my last phone). Could this be whats creating this problem?

Thanks for any help in advance slight_smile

UPDATE*

The chap i spoke with on the phone informed me that currently Wi-Fi calling is not available on Pay as you Go, only Pay monthly and Business. However they are working tirelessly to introduce it to Pay as you Go.

This may prompt me into going onto a Pay monthly deal, as they seem to be a better bargain than what i'm currenlty on.

Low quality signal indoors, want to turn on wi-fi calling, iphone 7, followed instructions, gone to Phone, switched on wifi calling,  phone dialogue box tells me 'To allow wi-fi calling on this account contact O2, with go to website, now going round in circles. It Should Not be This Hard.
Helpline too busy to help, new pay monthly account, not very encouraging.
