Four days ago I was using the messaging service to cancel the order of a SIM card that was arranged via Virgin, but which was no use to me (5g). I was told the telephone number AND the account will be cancelled within 24 hours. I still received emails so I just thought I try and make sure my O2 account has disappeared, but to my surprise it let me log in as if nothing had happened. Why?

It could be the system catching up, or waiting for Virgin to update o2 or vice versa

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thanks

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
