Why is it so hard to speak or email a person at O2 Customer Services?

If I call O2 I get cut off.

If I email O2 I get an auto reply saying they no longer offer email service and send me to FAQs etc.

My query is not standard so I cannot find the answer on FAQ or community.

I tried messaging support through My O2 app but the conversation goes round in circles.

On live chat the answer is we can't help and then stops.

 

WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO??? I just want to speak to a human who can take responsibility for solving a problem!

Try this:
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Or you can ask us and we'll try to advise you best we can?
