Hi all,
I ordered a phone on the 30/09/22 and paid for 1 day turn around. Its now the 04/10/22 and I still haven't even received my dispatch email!
Can't use the live webchat either as it redirects me to the app and it won't let me sign into the app as I haven't got an o2 phone number until my phone arrives.
So how can I find out what is happening and here my phone might be?

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you

Hi Jonsie, this was unfortunately absolutely no help, rang the customer service and got passed around to 4 different people who couldn't understand English very well, contacted all their social media accounts qith no answers either.
Absolute disgrace of a company, so I shall be cancelling my contract as soon as the phone arrives
