We can not access individual accounts within the community so we can't take a look at the account and find out what is going on.
I would recommend contacting O2 on 202 if a Pay Monthly Customer or 4445 if on Pay & Go.
Double-check your cellular connection is switched on before calling and give your handset a restart as this can sometimes fix data issues.
If this does not work a customer service adviser can look into this for you by calling the above numbers.
