I can’t get through to anyone...... I’ve tried calling O2 all last week and today and it just keeps cutting me off? The most frustrating automated service I’ve ever come across. Asks you 100 questions then says thanks bye. Useless

@Shea All customer service numbers are in the link below. 0800 587 4005 seems to be the one to try first. Select any option. Even fraud or lost/stolen. O2's response to customers during this time has been pitiful.

As with all orgnisations Covid 19 is causing longer delays in getting through to C.S due to reduced staffing levels. As per Bambion try that number first
