What is the monthly £6 charge on my account for?

I recently learned that I am paying a £6 charge each month (it shows under Other Charges and Credits). I have no idea what it relates to and can find no way on the O2 site of finding out what it is. The shop that originally set me up on the account has no idea what it is doing any longer, but rang O2 and got nowhere. Can someone explain it please?

It most likely is insurance but We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
