Want to cancel my tariff

I want to cancel my tariff as I have decided to go elsewhere I would also like the £10 back that I paid for my sim as I won’t need to use the sim

Sim cards are free. If you paid £10 for a sim card you were had.

If it was a Pay & Go sim I don't think you can get a refund. Just give the card to someone who can use it.

I assume you are on PAYG, if so I dont think the sim cards are refundable, but you can ask on 4445 from the o2 sim card or by calling 0344 809 0202 from any other phone.
