WRONG PAYMENT

I was trying to pay off my device plan, remanining 400£ and i don’t know why it is showing that it is still not settled, even though i have confirmation and authorisation number, on myO2 it’s still showing as to be paid. Any idea why?

It is not possible to pay off your device plan through your MyO2, only your airtime, so you'll need to call customer service to have the money you've paid transferred to the correct account.

My O2 is very slow to catch up. Give it a couple of days and if still not updated, give O2 a call

I was calling on the 202 actually and thru the phone i paid off the “device plan” but checking myO2 it’s showing off as airtime bill paid, not Device plan..

I was calling 202 actually to pay off my device plan, but now when i log in i can see my airtime bill was “paid”?
