Volt Benefits Activation Issue

Volt Benefits - I am both an o2 and Virgin Media customer however My o2 app is saying that Virgin is not available in my area so I cannot get the Volt Benefits.
However, I currently have Virgin Media Broadband at said address (they say does not have access) so how I can get the benefits activated on my account?
