Hi, I received a free sim from 02 when they merged with VM,part of the deal was the free sim card.
The issue I am having is that the number associated with the new sim isnt the number that I have been using for years,it is not recognised when I sign into the 02 app.I have contacted customer services about to request a Internal number migration but have not had any joy. I know this post sounds really confusing but any help would be much appreciated
