HELP!! Paying for sim that I don’t have. Since Virgin Media change over I don’t have a clue what I’m paying for keep getting the run around. I’m hard of hearing so I can only use online help but i cant seem to get it. I don’t know who set the account up but it’s sending a code to an unknown number so I can sign into the account and I can’t get Virgin to sort it out.
