Virgin Mobile to O2 loss?

I recently had my multiple accounts moved over from Virgin Mobile but out of the 5 accounts, my O2 only shows 2 of them! I now have no visibility of my other numbers ... can someone please let me know why or what I can do to see these slight_smile

Each of the accounts should have been set up with their own log in details @Uncle_Albert 

If you have not had those then you will need to contact customer services.

Call 202 or 0344 809 202 if you are on contract, or 4445 is pay as you go.

Best time to call is 8am UK time.

Alternatively you can call 0800 902 0217 using Skype for free.
