Veteran / Reserves & Civil Servant Discount on O2 Open

Hi there

 

I have recently signed up for the O2 Open as advised by one of the staff at my nearby o2 Branch. After linking my Work email address it now comes up with "Invalid Action" on my dashboard of the Validation page

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

 

Also - i just got stung for a £50 phone bill (that i cant afford) calling the AA Car Insurance Company. Be sure to check the number of your insurance providers before dialing...if harvesting your kidneys wasnt enough for the priveledge of driving they also want your liver and eyes too for the "pleasure" of calling them.

Hope this isnt necro posting (if thats the right word!)but just wanted to thankyou @MI5 for your help again in resolving this - unfortunately as the new plan im on didnt meet the criteria it wont work / apply any discounts but still, the fact that i know now really helps grin Thanks again.
