Hi @Jodle
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If that doesn't work you need to ring O2 customer service who can sort out your account from their end so the app provides all the missing information.
The best time to ring is between 8-8:30am to avoid a long wait on hold. Guide: How to find help & contact O2

@Jodle Just a quick update on this one - we were aware of some issues on Android with the allowances displayed in My O2 last week, however it should be all sorted now if you update your app
