I’m looking to pay off my device plan so that I am able to buy a new phone earlier
But I cannot seem to find anywhere on the app that will let me do this
Please advise

You have to call customer service to pay off device plan or follow the upgrade option in your MyO2 and your payment will be taken at checkout.
