Hi I am trying to get an upgrade but I can’t checkout as it says my bolt on is incompatible? I don’t know what that means

Best bet is to contact Sales direct, @LRMC 0800 081 0255. Or pop into an O2 shop and upgrade there - take photo id with you, and a utility bill.
