@TomB I would recommend using a web browser like Chrome or Safari and logging into your O2 account from there to place your upgrade. Tends to be a bit more stable than the MyO2 app at times!

I work for O2 but my comments and opinions posted here are solely my own and do not reflect those of Telefonica.
