Hi. Upon getting my new contract sim only over the phone I was told I can get an upgrade with device once I receive and activate my SIM card. This is not the case as I am unable to upgrade for a device but online sim only. I was told specifically that I would be able to get a phone with no further credit checks as I pasted for one and I also got another contract sim only as it was a one of deal to pay half price for 6 months. Please let me know what to do an I would have to cancel one or both contracts in this case. Thanks.

@MunerIf you have a sim only contract you will be eligible to apply for a device after 3 months of ON TIME payments.

No network allows this type of behaviour, most its after 3 months and if you pass credit and affordability checks.

@Muner

It's 3 months if you meet the T&C's https://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/rewards/sim-only-upgrade-to-refresh-after-3-months-terms-and...

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
