Solved: Updating details without original phone

So have just ordered a PAYG SIM. Have logged into my O2 account which was last used 6 years ago.

Problem is, that it still thinks I have the phone number from back then, and won't do anything until I use the code it's sent.

How should I proceed ?

Start a new MyO2 account completely or call customer services to change your details over.
