Hey I’ve requested to order a phone on Monday 14th feb for a iPhone 13 pro max. I still haven’t got a email but you have taken the deposit money. So I’m confused what’s going on with my order and if it’s been accepted. It says 48hours but it has been more then 48hours now and I’m concerned with what’s going out on. Is the phone not in stock anymore. Need help

Are you able to log into an account on MyO2, if it wont let you then the account will not have been setup yet, if it does and shows a number then will be in the process.
Im sure on the O2 sure it lets you chat with the sales team who will have access to the order and update you
