Update Name & DOB

Hi, 

My O2 account is in my fathers name and has his DOB as he opened the account when I was a teenager. 

I have been using the account for years. I just need to change the name for this account and DOB. I do not want to change my number or any other details.

@RyanC1 If the account is still in your father's name you cannot change anything, even if you are paying for it. You would have to take a contract in your own name which would be subject to a credit check to alter any of the details.
