Update Billing Address

I tried to update my address but the app is taking me in circles, I went to My O2 then selected the account and update my details, once there I get the message that my address needs to be updated from My O2, I followed the link but it took me to the same page again. 
I also tried via Web going to My O2 then Bills, but once I log there I get a pop up saying I need to download the app which takes me to the App Store, I already have the app so I get the “Open” option, once I click there I get to the same place as the error above. Could you advise ? I need to update this info.

You need to call customer service.

Call 202 from your mobile or use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call
