I had a call with Virgin to day to upgrade TV channels. I now ended up with an O2 agreement I want to cancel ASAP

and I'm thinking you should also contact virgin to be absolutely clear about the situation.

As this is a Volt Package you will need to renegotiate you Broadband price with Virgin as that is dependent on having the SIM

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
