Hiya,I was charged 16 pounds for a call to a premium number from my mobile which I didn't make, I searched the number and it was something called deal insider,is there anyway 02 can block premium numbers on my account as I have no idea how this happened as I never made that call?

You need to call o2 and ask them to block premium calls and also change your spend cap. This could be a dodgy app making a call out. 


You can call o2 on 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone. 

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
