Hi can anyone help please I'm trying to unlock my old Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus and I have received my "unlatching" code however the email says if I enter it wrong 3 times the device will be locked, does anyone know what I can do now??

Is it now hard locked, ie have you entered the wrong code 3 times?
Have you had the phone from new and where from?

Yes I've had it from new and bought it from the 02 shop. I think I must have entered it 3 times but I'm a bit of a techno phobe I'm afraid.

You'll need an MCK code now.
