Hi. I foolishly moved to a different sim provider (still on the O2 network) before I unlocked the phone, because I thought I would not need to as I am using the same network.
I am now unable to use either the myO2 app or my old online account to get the phone unlocked. Please can you let me know what action I should take to get my phone unlocked.

Which network did you move too?
O2 no longer lock phones and even when they did, Tesco and giffgaff would work without unlocking.
