Unlock

I'm spending time in Canada and want to use a Canadian sim card. How do I unlock my phone? I can't find anything in the help section. I can't find it in MyO2 anywhere, even though the site says that's where to go to do it!  HELP!  🙂

PS If you cant find it in My O2 then it may already be unlocked?

can't see any unlock thing anywhere.

It's on the device tab but you can use the manual form in the help link given above.

Use the My O2 app on the phone and select the three bars top left

Then simply select 'unlock'. You need to put your sim in the phone you wish to unlock if different to the phone you are using
