You'll need to ask O2 to investigate

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

The best number to call on appears to be 0800 587 4005

Does anyone else have access to your phone?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I have just spoke to my Girlfriend, and find out that she was calling from my phone to her grandmother..

So I have only the issue that every time some random number calls me, which is not called as a "potential fraud". but it is, and when I answer. it sounds like I call to someone. and when someone answers, I can hear some Asians in background talking something inbetween and then call ends. How to avoid these calls, now I havent answered any of these call but they're still calling, and can't block as its always different number

A bit drastic but you could ask O2 for a change of number. The first change will be free of charge.

O2 numbers to call are here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
