Hi all.

According to Aura in the MyO2 app you can pay off your device through the MyO2 app.

This isn't the case as it doesn't let you.

So which is it?

Do I have to make the phone call? I was hoping I could just do this without having to wait ages on a phone call.

Thanks in advance.

Steve

Thanks

Steve

@welshsteve76

I've always understood that you need to contact O2 if you want to pay off your device plan in full.

You can 'Make a Payment' in My O2 but that's all.

@welshsteve76

Just use your pac And O2 will automatically bill you for what you owe.

It will then be taken by direct debit Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update]

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @MI5 and @Cleoriff , used my PAC as part of the checkout on Tesco Mobile, so all will transfer automatically.  A sad day to be leaving O2, but with my wife moving too, we're going to be saving £30 a month.

Will still hopefully be on here posting when I can though.  Everyone's great on here. Best forums around.

Thanks

Steve
