When I try and log in I get sent a code to enter
But the actual login screen doesn't show a prompt for the code . Tried on phone and laptop

We've all had that issue. If I look at your screenshot I can see at the top you are actually signed in as it says
Hi Divyang. Just use this link now and you will see your home page. https://community.o2.co.uk/ and you will be onto the community.
