Unable to log into my o2 app on iPhone

Hi, I’m on pay as you go and changed my number around 4 days ago. Since changing my number I have been kicked out of my o2 app on my iphone. I then created a new my o2 account with a different email address and every time I try to login the following message appears below. I have spoken to o2 customer services 5 times already (who by the way are absolutely useless and simply don’t have the knowledge or expertise to try and resolve this) they told me to wait 48 hours as that what is said on the message that pops up when i try to login, and just as I suspected after waiting over 48 hours the issue still persists! I’m hoping someone can shed some light on this issue so I can finally get it fixed and move on from this unnecessary irritating problem!

Try deleting the app, reboot your phone and try again.
